Terry began his career in substance abuse counseling in 2002. He has developed a culture-specific program for African-Americans and is considered an expert on counseling African-Americans. He has presented workshops on racial and ethnic cultural competencies. He has been a keynote speaker and teacher at various classrooms and conferences throughout the state.
Kim has been working with people with mental illness and disabilities for 30 years. She started working as a therapist for Integrated Treatment Services in December 2011. She works with clients from age 5-95 with mental health diagnoses. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Terris joined the ITS team in July of 2016. He graduated from Wartburg in May of 2016 and provides services for substance abuse counseling and BHIS. Terris is involved in the community through the Substance Abuse Coalition in Jasper Country and the Racial Harmony and Social Justice working group.
